Vista Ridge Rip Tide

• Be on time, warm-ups start promptly at the beginning of practice
• Goggles and swim caps should be on before warm-ups
• No running on the pool deck
• No rough-housing in the pool
• Summer swim team practice will only be cancelled for lightning, chemical issues, cold weather prompting pool closure
• Winter swim team practices will be cancelled at the discretion of the Board and Coaches
• We do NOT take attendance, so it is at the parent's discretion when your swimmer needs to come to practice
• Most importantly, HAVE FUN!!!!

Beginner: 8:45-9:30am

Intermediate: 8-8:45am

Advanced: 7-8am
